I am a born again christian. As a born again christian, I am encouraged to share my beliefs of Christ with YOU.  I accepted Christ  as my personal Savior on September 4, 1985.  I was baptized on December 30, 1991 at India Believers' Assembly.  As of right now my church doesn't have a homepage.  So I thought I would share some of the beliefs and practices we have. As time permits, I will also add pictures of my church, the brethren that attend, and of events that occur at our church.

We are known as Brethren...yet better known as Plymouth Brethren.  We are not of the brethren cult that
            was reported in 20/20.

            Our Faith

            • We believe in the Eternal Godhead (the Trinity) consisting of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
            • We believe in the entire Bible as the inspired Word of God, and as the only basis of authority in all matters of Christian  faith and practice.
            • We believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is truly man and truly God.
            • We believe that when the Lord Jesus Christ died on Calvary’s cross, He died for the whole world; that through His substitutionary atonement on the cross, all who accept Him as their personal Savior have, by faith in Him, eternal life as  free gift from God; that there is salvation in no other way; and that all who reject Him as their vicarious Savior are eternally lost and doomed to eternal punishment in hell.
            • We believe in the convicting, regenerating and guiding power of the Holy Spirit and the responsibility of the believer to  walk in the Spirit according to God’s holiness.
            • We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is one body composed of all true born-again believers; that Christ in heaven is its only head; that the Holy Spirit is the only vicar of Christ on earth; and that the name of Jesus Christ is the only true  gathering center for believers on earth.
            • We believe in the ordinances of water baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
            • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and also in the bodily resurrection of the believer at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Church.
            • We believe in the imminent and pre-millennial coming of the Lord Jesus for His Church, and thereafter in His personal and visible return with His saints to the earth to set up His kingdom in righteousness.
In order for us to be saved from our sins, there are
                       three essentials steps:

---a. Recognition of our sin and our inability to do
anything to free us from the penalty of sin.
God is holy and just, therefore He cannot
allow sin to exist without justification.
Therefore we are all condemned by our sin,
unless we accept the justification of Christ's
                                     sacrifice.

---b. Repentance from our sinful ways. This is an
ongoing process that continues even after
salvation since salvation does not make us
perfect (we are only perfect due to the
mediation of our Advocate, Jesus Christ
                                     before God in heaven.)

---c. Acceptance of Jesus Christ as our Personal
Savior and as the only way to be free from
                                    our sins.

Salvation, baptism, and fellowship in the Church
of the Body of Christ are signs of one's full
acceptance of Christ's control in one's life.
